Are the term options provided the only possible terms in a valid Nevada LLC?
No. Once an LLC is formed, its operations are governed by the laws of Nevada, subject to any permitted modifications agreed to by the members and set forth in an Operating Agreement. Members of the LLC may agree on options not presented in this digital Operating Agreement form to the extent that those options are not inconsistent with Nevada law. Should the Members choose to agree to terms not presented as an option on this site, or desire a more complex Operating Agreement, it is advisable to draft such an agreement independent of the options presented here and to consult an attorney.
