To change your personal user account information, log into your SilverFlume profile and update your information.
To change your business information, including location addresses, etc., please log into your SilverFlume account and update the Common Business Registration for your business under the Manage Your Business section of the home page.
Personal User Account Updates: Changing your SilverFlume personal user account information will only impact information added to new filings. It does not alter the information of existing filings at any of the agencies.
Common Business Registration Updates: Participating agencies have the option to view Common Business Registration updates. You may be required to notify other agencies of address changes and other updates until all agencies participate and accept CBR updates.
